It is so simple! You can literally take a picture of the label on the bottle and it gives you all the info about it and the reviews! Ive scanned 100s of bottles (some just for fun) and it always gets it right! Ive learned more and enjoyed new wines I would have never touched thanks to this app! I have to say that this app has been a blessing!

I love this app. When Im in a wine shop there is always someone to give me advice, but in a supermarket not so much. So this app lets me scan labels and figure out what Ill like. And its price feature lets me figure out what is a good value. Just today I got a prosecco for $9.99 that has an average price of $14.98.

I dont drink, so its always been a real challenge for me when Im going to be a dinner guest, to show up with a wine I know people will like. Gone are the days of buying a pricey bottle and hoping I get what Ive paid for. Vivino has made it not only easy, but fun for me to buy wines. Once I know whats being served, or the broadest taste preferences of my intended, the label photo functionality coupled with reviews make me a wine buying champ. Vivino helped me discover 2 steady Freddy go to wines I can get almost anywhere, and even made me a rock star at the holidays when my wine snob sister was trying to find a good versatile red. I made my recommendation and she sort of poo-pooed it, and then asked the shop owner whose first recommendation was the same as mine! Bam! Take that big sister! Thanks Vivino!

I would like to say that is the best Wine Scanner app on the App Store and I can tell you why: 1. I have tested most of the others and none is more accurate than Vivino. Plus, the simplicity of how you handle everything inside the app is just amazing! You don’t need to be a smartphone expert and you can definitely become an Wine expert using Vivino. 2. Their support will surprise you! When I least expected I received an email from the founder of Vivino, explaining to me what I was missing regarding some features. 3. The right dose of updates, always adding functionalities and improving the user experience as no other app does! You won’t find delays when searching for wines, you won’t find warning messages telling you to retake the label picture because everything just works! It was created the way so the users won’t have to bother with little settings to make everything work perfectly.

I really like the app and they offer some good deals on wine. But dont order wine via this company because they are completely unresponsive to questions or handling issues. They charged me tax on a shipment to a state that has no state sales tax and I have received no reply from repeated attempts to get this resolved.
